Boy! Reading this article was like taking a breath of fresh air. In a society that is sometimes afraid to talk about the “d word” (death), B.J. Miller is totally breaking the mold. He has dedicated his life to helping others in the last stages of theirs…guiding many through something we all one day will experience and yet know very little about definitively. Talk about a true hero. Not only is he an accomplished doctor of palliative care, but he survived a tragic accident during his college years and lost three of his limbs as a result.  Have I sparked your interest yet???
